poor service

i bought a gas heater in june when it were advertised as a weekend special , it works with a gas canister, although at the time when i bought it they had no cannisters of the gas, the manager said they expect stock in during the next week. a week later i went in to follow up, nothing yet, two weeks later still nothing, now it is more than two months and still no gas canisters! many years ago i worked for pick n pay myself, and when we could not get stock, a bought out from another shop had to be done to keep customers happy. but it seems that this is no longer the reason. i called in yesterday again, asking to speak to Monty, he were not in, then another manager answered, stating that he is in pretoria and he would ask him to get there and bring along. Monty did say that to me last month also but to no reveil. it seems that customer service is no longer in place, can i get a refund for my gas canister which i never got, i asked the manager who helped me yesterday, he said no that can not happen. so i am very unhappy with them taking forever to sort out this problem. i cannot remember the manager name of yesterday but remember his name started with a W . maria ***
