Poor Service

Since Wednesday last week, your Tokai store has had not stock of Stoney in their fridges - plenty of stoney zero, but not original stonney. Upon bringing this to the attention of your Assistant Manager, Xolani on Saturday, he indicated that there'll be a delivery on Monday, but needed to find out if stoney was part of the delivery. I informed him that I'm in store every evening and requested that he calls me to let me know if stoney will be part of Monday's delivery, as I didn't want to waste my time. Needless to say he never called. I phoned him before 6pm and he indicated that they would get stock on Wednesday and nothing had come in today's order. I arrived at the store after 6pm and low and behold, there was stoney in the fridge! Might I add that these bottles were warm, as if it was just put in the fridges. Such poor service from Xolani, I have not experience this type of service from this store. On the last occasion when the fridges had no stoney the manager (sorry forgot his name) personally went to the back to climb on pallets to get the stoney, it was a 20 minute wait, but he went out of his way for me. Xolani - you have a lot to learn! Smooth talker, but poor service.
