Poor service

I think its the last day I'm using this APP Before this order I think I waited 4hrs for my delivery and was only attended after I called them following up.

Today same story I placed my order at 11 till now still no delivery and the problem is not the drivers is PnP,to they attend to the order after hours and still come back to tell you there's items not available after you have submitted your order hours ago.

Whoever is responsible for receiving our orders is a problem and must be dealt with and please change the app name from ASAP to something else As for me I'm going to use companies that takes their clients too seriously
