Poor service

Very disappointed with the service I received made an order at 07:53 but my order is only collected now at 11:18 I have called the store around 09:00 to try and find out what happened was told my order will be delivered at 11am because they want to prioritise people who ordered yesterday meaning my order was not important PNP ASAP is just a waste of time they don’t even deserve the one star
