Poor service

The Sinoville branch in Pretoria is a total waste of time. I went there today to buy 3 items. I also needed to draw cash at the ABSA ATM. Unfortunately it was unavailable but the Capitec and FNB ATMs were in working condition. As I paid at the Pick n Pay cashier I asked if I could please draw R400.00.

The answer I got was sorry can't help you. I asked why and all I got was sorry it's loadshedding but ha ha there was NO loadshedding at the time!!!!!! It's not the first time the cashier's could not assist me with cash. Surely they must be prepared to assist their customers
