Poor service

I don't know if I should be more a noted by constantly thinking the service would change.... I placed my order around 9am its almost 12:30 and the order has not even arrived probably not even packed .. the service from pnp is just so bad all the damn time .... Asap for who... mayb checkers service is faster after all because this is bleedy ridiculous .they don't even deserve the 1 star rating
