Poor Service

On Thursday 27 Aug at about 15h30 I went into the store to buy a few things. I bought some Steri Stumpies and a High Chair for our baby. I walked up to the tills and went to till 15 as I saw that it was an express till. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and due to have my baby in 6 days. My feet are swollen and I am uncomfortable and took a big trolley just to make it easier for myself as well. As I got to your till the lady packing the bags told me that I wasn't allowed to stand there as I had more than 10 items. (Please note that I literally had 6 more Steri Stampies than I should have had!!!!) All while the lady in front of me had a trolley filled to the brim with groceries. When I asked why she was being helped and not me I was told to please leave the queue and go to the one next to me. I am not unreasonable but if this is the kind of service your facility offers and if this is the way your staff treat people then I am sorry but I will make sure no one shops at your store again. I have been to many shops where if a pregnant woman is in the queue they assist that person no matter what the sign says. I am disgusted by the behaviour of Princess who was the packer at that till!
