Poor Service

I placed an order using their app at 11:am till now i have not received my order #***.I called in to customer service an a lousy excuse was that they have back log...POOR POOR POOR SERVICE FROM PICK N PAY I WILL DELETE THIS USELESS APP COS IT DEFIES THE PURPOSE IF I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THSN 3 HRS FOR MY ORDER...
