Poor service

I went to PnP to buy some groceries. I wanted to buy pre-made salad. There was no one at the Deli Counter when I wanted to weigh the salad. Then I saw a lady at the back office on the phone. She noticed that I was waiting but did nothing. Another employee walked past and asked if I have been helped. I said no. She told the deli person a customer is waiting and went round the back. The person was still known the phone and no one assisted me. I left all my groceries reported the incident and decided to rather drive extra 5km to Checkers. There is a larger variety and more helpful staff
