Poor service

Dear Pick n Pay, (Malmesbury branch) Today is the last day that i will support you. Your cashiers at the till points are really bad. Not all, but most. Today i went to buy some stuff, and saw the chocolate promotion at the till. My goods were rung up, and i the made the mistake of asking whether i received my discount on the 2 x chocolates i bought. Big mistake! The attitude displayed by the till cashier was aggressive, rude and insolent. She disputed the discount, never asked for my Smart Shopper card. We ended up in a heated dispute, until one of her colleagues showed the advert, and told her about it. No apology, nothing. Just a bad and insolent attitude, mumbling as i walked away. Then i asked to speak to the store manager. There was no one. Pathetic,and extremely poor performance by all.
