Poor service

Order number ***9. Ordering items from Pick n pay ASAP and the driver called to say he was by the parking lot. I asked him to come by Reception because that's where I was. Nobody came. Turns out the driver went to a incorrect address. Pick n pay now refuses to pay me back my money. One of the agents said I need to wait for the driver to get back with the food then can they refund. Why is it my problem that he delivered at the wrong address and failed to follow instruction. Ive already been inconvenienced with my time, money and anergy and I still need to wait some more. I always order from Pick n pay almost ever week and I must say its the last time I do so. When I called the driver he had the nerve to swear at me, saying I must **** off. I put the wrong address and he was not stupid. I've always used the same address and have never encountered such nonsense.
