Poor service

Pick n Pay Pavillion is the worst supermarket ever their service is unpleasant, no sense of urgent or care about customers. On the 16 of December 2023 went there bought some few items and asked for cashback, the cashier didn't have money unfortunately but asked her to ask her supervisor to look for the till that has the money, she signaled for her supervisor but she didn't come because she was busy talking stories I eventually went to her, I greeted her she didn't greet back I told her that I need cash I had to tell her to look for the till that has the money she gave me a bad look and sized me you know that says everything without breathing a word. I waited for her 10 minutes to 15 minutes to find a till that had the money. When I went, there was a long queue, I went back to her and told her by the time I get to the till. The money will be finish she told me well there is nothing she can do. I explained to her I've already stood in line so why can't the cashier that was helping me borrow money from that till, is Pick n Pay Pavillion procedure different to other pick n pay? She referred me to an Admin manager she said the same thing both tired unapologetic and ***********. I was very much upset with the service I received that day.
