Poor Service

I went this morning just one item from the Bakery for breakfast at Pick 'n Pay Somerset Mall, I quickly went to the express tills, two on duty, one sitting with the hand under the chin closed eyes, resting or sleeping I don't know...... For a moment I thought why I came here again?? due to every experience, the next Cashier greeted and scanned the item, the scanner could not scan the item, she dit not say anything or look at me, she just kept on scanning, then punch the code in, twice she spoke to a lady in isixhosa at the other cashier desks next to the express ones, the other lady did not once even look at her, after, I think 8th attempt to scan and not say anything, I walked off, went to Checkers at Helderberg Centre and enjoyed fast and friendly service
