Poor service

I am a not so happy client after the treatment I got at fourways crossing , I had bought a 2 Tins of baby formula when I got home wife told me it’s wrong ant costed me just under R 600 this morning I went to them to explain my story , firstly they opened after 9 secondly I waited at the refund desk for over 12 minutes with no one coming to help then a lady called Zanele arrive with the float tray and started putting money without greating me and at the time I am with my 9 months old baby waiting cause I could not live in the car , then I explained why I was there she said to me they don’t take back formula ans it’s their policy , I then asked where is the policy caused I read there was nothing on the slip . Her reply was they just just give Tom **** and Hery their policy documents as a customer and the reason the door is opened I was shocked and ask to see the manager and the lady made it worth and walk away while I was talking , I took a picture of my staff and the slip and left it there and quickly went to Clicks to buy formula because I need to feed my child of which I goat the greatest service and I even asked about the baby formula policy at clicks and they said to me they take it back if sealed THEN I knew they won me a their new client and many people that will read my story….
