Poor, rude service - QualiSave PnP Elsies River

On Saturday, 11 March 2023, my 63 year old mother and I visited the QualiSave PnP in Elsies River for a few items. When we got to the bakery section there was not of the Albany Everyday bread that we wanted on the rack. My mother then politely asked the person working at the bakery counter if he could hand her a bread, as the new batch was on the bread trolley waiting to be rolled out. The guy then rudely said that he was unable to, because it was not his job to roll out the trolley with the bread, and we would have to wait for the lady who does this, to return from tea. We were shocked firstly at the sarcasm that we were answered with, and also shocked that we needed to wait (how long) for bread that was literally a hand reach away. My mother then proceeded to go the "store manager" to ask to assist, but the person "in charge" said she was unable to, because she was not the manager of the bakery section?? After a back and forth, someone came and brought the bread out. Its absolutely ridiculous how we and more especially my mother was treated - simply for asking for one loaf of bread! And this on Raymond Ackerman's birthday weekend! All a person ever asks for is courtesy and respect, which was definitely lacking on Saturday.
