Poor returns on deliveries and missing items
I purchased online via pick n pay b4,I have a small shop a found it convenient to be delivered,however on more than 1 occasion items are missing and you run around in circles to get your money back,on the 28th of December I was desperate for stock placed my order and the main items I required is not there. Fast forward to now 2026 January I have still not received my refund from my 1st missin order and doubt I will get this 1 back either. Absolutely terrible service and I will never use this store again.

09 Jan 2026, 14:17Absolutely terrible service I am now seeking legal advice and will take this further. Pik n pay has clearly no regards for customers! Weeks later no feedback! Cant call because the customer service is so terrible! U have 2 sit through 20mins of voice prompts and still cant speak to an agent.
