Poor Response from Manager at Christians PNP, Hillcrest

For several weeks now, the Smartshopper card machine has not been working at Christians PnP [Hillcrest]. This morning, after trying, unsuccessfully, to swipe in store and at the adjacent liquor store, my wife complained to the manager who said it's nothing to do with him, it's CapeTowns' problem and to let him know next time. This pathetic response from a pathetic manager ensures there won't be a next time.
