Poor resolution of customer complaints

I ordered on 6th Aug using a free delivery voucher. I still got charged. Alerted the online team immediately and I'm being told they can't refund money that was already debited from my account. They'll rather give me a voucher.

27 Aug I did another order hoping for no issues this time around. The meat I received was over charged close to R200 with no refund and 1 other item was not delivered. It's been a week now without resolution on this matter.

WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
