Poor quality shoes

I purchase clothing from PnP clothing in Jean crossing, Centurionregularly. Recently I bought a pair of flip flops as well as ladies shoes. Within days the inside of the shoes came loose. Extremely bad quality. The the color of the flip flops started coming off on my feet. Since when does PnP clothing have such bad quality?
