Poor quality shirt and service, bye bye PnP

22 April I purchased 3 t-shirts and then went and bought a 4th one. On arriving home my daughter tried the shirt on and I noticed a gaping hole on the arm where the stitching was missed. We had not removed any tags or stickers from the t-shirt. I only like to shop once a week. So today 29 April I took the poorly sewn shirt back with what I thought was the correct slip as it says t-shirt R79 matching the tag on the shirt. I showed the guy at the till and said I dont want a refund if I can just change the shirt for the same size and colour and correctly sewn shirt. They did not have the same size so I asked for a refund. Lebogang Ndlovu said the slip doesnt match the tshirt and she will not refund me and she wont give me a gift card either. I said I didnt understand, what other stores sell Real Clothing? The tag on the shirt, was that not a Pick n Pay tag? The gaping hole on the sleeve is ****py quality control. How does this become my problem. No she refused she said I must go fetch the correct slip... Or I must choose something else. Now I must be forced to take something I dont want or need when all I wanted was a black size s t-shirt. So I must waste fuel when ALL the proof is there that it is Pick n Pays shirt and a poorly made one. What a joke. Well done Pick n Pay , Legogang @The Reds PnP clothing and a poorly made R79 shirt has cost you a customer. Disgusting service. Yes I did refuse to take something else because I wont be forced to take something I don't need. Her service was unacceptable
