Poor quality products + Poor customer support

I lodged a complaint regarding the quality of Pick n Pay branded products and received a response that my smart shopper account has been credited with Zero Rands and Zero Cents to compensate me for the product. What an absolute joke. Guess I will be shopping at another grocery store from now on.
