Poor quality products

Previously when my wife had gone shopping, we experienced poor quality in your products. Namely, off strawberries at the bottom of the container, off camembert and brie cheese with the sell by date a week later and we got worms in our salad. I decided to leave it and not go back because it costs me more in petrol driving back and bringing this to the store manager's attention.<br> <br> Today my wife bought sprite that had no gas in it. I have had it now as we have been loyal customers of Pick n Pay and your staff at the Tygervalley branch know my face very well. This is a cause for concern as things are always going up in price and your quality decreases, especially from my recent experiences from your brand. This inconvenience has now left me writing this and concerned whether what I buy from your Tygervalley branch will be worthwhile and good quality.
