Poor quality product /Staff an asset or liability

During our recent holiday in Clarens we went to Bethlehem to do some shopping. We visited the Dihlabeng Mall. We went to Pick n Pay and bought a few items. I handed the cashier my smart shopper card and then paid for the items. Thinking I got the discount on the items that was marked down, I took my goods and left the shop. Getting back to Kiara Lodge I checked the till slip. To my surprise there was a notice stating that my card was not registered and therefore no discount!! I wondered if the cashier could not have alerted me to this fact. This triggered me to this statement : Your staff/employees/workers are an asset!! to your business. I decided to let it slide. Unfortunately this morning 25th November 2024 I used one of the items bought at that Pick n Pay.. It was a Pick n Pay facecloth. The facecloth is of good quality but the tag with the Pick n Pay label is utter *******. The stitching and material of the logo is very very poor. This logo just fell off whilst I was having a shower. I would suggest that Pick n Pay have a serious look at this product.
