Poor Quality product

I am very disappointed to say the least. I raised my issue of the poor quality product I received from the Pick 'n Pay store at Flora Center in Florida. I bought Nature's Garden Straight Cut Frying Chips 1kg, crazy combo deal. I reported on Nov 6 2020 that one of the packs had rotten potatoes although they were frozen. Till today nothing has been done. I just received a reference *** , I raised my concern again on Nov 13, 2020 and just received an email that this will be dealt with. Basically I am ****** of my money
