Poor quality lamb's'pack

Very poor cuts of lamb. Supposedly to get nice loin cut, but what I got was meat cut by an amateur. With bone no meat on them hiding underneath not visible to inspect. You tell me that lamb special allows you to get off cuts for the dogs?
