poor quality hair brushes

i contacted them via their online form on Tuesday and to this day have not heard anything from them. in a space of 6 month i purchased 2 hair brushes for blow drying hair. the brush is used once a Week, Saturday or Sunday, on one person's hair and both broke the same way. the glue comes loose and the whole handle comes off making it impossible to use or even fix! they are way to expensive to have such poor quality. i have never said anything when the first one broke as i thought it was one of those things but a second time with little usage and so quick??
