Poor Quality Control Norwood Hypermarket

My husband and I have been loyal shoppers at Norwood Hypermarket for close to 30 years.For the past two years,we have had to return meat/chicken that's gone off.We often buy it the day that we want to use it and yet once we're home and packaging is opened,the chicken is off.This is especially true for kosher chicken.We have always been refunded but management are not taking it seriously enough,that there is a problem.There are too many managers at that store but none who are really on top of what the clients want at that store.On a Friday,the 'kitkah' bread is sold out by lunchtime and management have no idea of the amount they should be making,failing to make use of weekly stats of how many bread are bought and how many are required. Checkers is coming into Norwood Mall and I look forward to shopping there.
