Poor quality

Bought some groceries at pick and pay n1 city. Opened the coke just after half past 7 pm. When I opened it the cap ddnt feel right. Took a sip and it turns out there's no gas in it. Seems like it was opened already. This is just poor, poor service. Right nw I'm worried that something was added especially with the CORONA virus. Email is *** if u need anymore info
