Poor poor service.
They dont deserve any stars - there needs to be stars available with minus in front of them

Good day,
My family and I visited the PnP Waterfront Bloemfontein on 25 Feb 2023 at 12:50.My daughter was injured.
The staff had left big staples on the floor and she stepped into it when going past the till.
She bled and she cried so much. The staff came to help us eventually with all the time in the world.... she was bleeding on the floor.
They said they would call us / email us the Monday after.. and still nothing.
I had to take her to Dischem for an injection because she could have gotten blood poison. I had to pay for it and never mind the money. She has a phobia for needles... she cried more and was in such a state we had to give her calming pills for the injection.
Nobody called us.. wondered if she was okay.. she is only 10 years old... I am very unhappy with Pick n Pay overall.We did take pictures and can be provided for easy reference.

19 Jul 2023, 13:50Pick n Pay does really dont care about their customers... thought you would apologize to my family for our horrible experience.. nothing... more and more people just leave this issues... We should sue you, what if my daughter got blood infection and died maybe then you would take things more seriously.
