poor poor service an unimformed agents

I am livid with PnP ASAP Rustenburg Waterfall Mall, I placed an oder with liquor included it the order but I 1st called to inquire if it will be delivered. The agent confirmed that it will be delivered only to have my order scheduled to Monday. I called again an spoke to a lady by the name of Sindy who tells me the only option is to refund me, but Pick an Pay refunds take 5 days to pay off. She now has left me on the line for 20min after requesting to speak to the manager. I want to understand how an agent does not have proper information on wether liqour is deliverd or not on Sundays. And yes Pick an Pay an its poor service delivery will not take time to call me or attend to this quiry today.
