Poor poor service.

I am so hurt by the service I received yesterday 04/05/2023 at pick n pay in Sanlam Centre, pinecreast mall pick n pay . A lady who was serving me by the name of Nobuhle Dlamini has a very bad attitude towards her customers and I am shocked they hire such people who do not have any sympathy towards their customers.

I went there she was assting on till that takes less than 20 items. I bought 10 items plus there was a purity combo that served 3 for R50. My mistake was to take that combo so the items ended up being more than 10. She told me since my items are more than 10 I need to pack the items back to the trolley and go fall another line on other tills, mind you I am carrying a baby who is 2 months she is crying and I have a 6 year old who is adjitated. I than asked her can I please just add these 3 items since they come in a combo she refused and said she can't assist me with an attitude. That really hurt me and I asked myself does she even know how to go a entra mile for a customer, was she even taught how to treat customers and giving the world class service. I than went to a manager and complained. He than said he will deal with the lady I wrote my email and phone number so I can get a formal apology from the employee. Until now I am waiting no one has ever said anything to me or taken me seriously. I have fear because this lady will be treating all these customers with such attitude and nothing will be done about this. I am a customer of pick n pay and they will loose a loyal client if this not taken seriously.
