Poor poor poor service from PnP ASAP

I ordered 7 items on Pick n Pay ASAP at 12.15pm, last week. It took 45 minutes for them to acknowledge the order. At 2pm I phoned to ensure delivery would be on time as I would be leaving work at 4.30 and wouldn't be there to receive. I was assured that delivery would be by 4pm. 4pm I phone back and ask the guy if it would be delivered by midnight (and the then put the phone down) call back to be told delivery would be after I left work, so he changed the address. Get an sms driver is on way to my work address. Now I must try change this. EVENTUALLY get my order and 2 items were not supp****. No replacements were offered. Just ignorance and once questioned and insisting I wanted the product and the NOT the refund I was told they do not deliver under R150. And I have just been dealing with a bunch of brainless robots since then This is very infuriating Pick n Pay!!!!!!
