Poor PnP Online Shoppinq

There is a problem with online shopping!

I ordered the items below on friday 10th December. First problem is that the 3l wine was short shipped and despite the system allowing me to order the 6 bottles Waterside, they were flagged in the delivery as 'out of stock'. PnP happy to take the money for everything....

HERE'S WHAT YOU ORDERED:

1 x Carling Black Label Beer Can 500ml x 24 6 x Franschhoek Cellars Waterside Chardonnay 750ml 2 x Robertson Slimline Sauvignon Blanc 3l

Then I receive an email about a refund for R140 (3l wine)! Where is the refund for the 6 bottles of wine? AND I have to wait 10 days for my refund.

PnP, what is your response to this poor effort?
