Poor PnP ASAP customer refund ..

Thought I would share my one and only experience with Pick n Pay ASAP. Ordered 4 containers of chlorine & they delivered 2. Now after 11 working days still waiting for the refund to be deposited in my account - this in spite of several messages/mails sent. When you order from Woolworths on-line they only charge you with the correct amount that is adjusted once the goods have been delivered. No more dealings for me with PnP ASAP following their pathetic admin & poor customer service.
