poor picking by PnP.
I ordered items form pnp using MrD and one of the items, Hullets Equisweet classic which a box of it has 50 sachets as contents. However I received an box of the above product with 20 inside. Pick n pay as well as Asap say they cannot help but Mr D should help with my query. I bought from Pick n Pay and the items were picked by PnP staff and Mr D just delivered. Pick n Pay must not create a red tape that they use to run away from their responsibility to customers. Their staff that pick our orders are *********** or else they are treating orders placed via Mr D with disdain and care not at all for the customer.

18 May 2025, 11:14Mr D did address the problem I experienced. I want to understand who picks individual items from store shelves to fulfil the order, not the picking of the packed order ready to be dispatched to the customer. Can Pick n Pay clarify this, is it their staff or Mr D's?
