Poor Pick n Pay Service

I placed PnpAsap order on Thursday 1st May 2025 at 1pm. It was scheduled to be delivered the 2nd May 2025.

Does that even make sense... how is it ASAP if it will only be delivered the following day.

I went to the physical store, Flora junction branch. And they confirmed that they had 4/5 orders ro pack and the store is only closing at 6pm.

I gave them my order number and they couldn't understand why it was scheduled for the following day.

I requested that they cancel the order as I am buying the goods in store, and waa assured that the wallet will be credited withing 48 hours.

The following day the driver brought the cancelled goods and I told him that I will not accept the delivery and have requested a refund.

Today the 7th May 2025, funds still not credited.
