Poor Pick n Pay ASAP service

PnP ASAP is terrible, you will be waiting the entire day for an order. Why can't they suspend the system if there is a backlog, now you have take out money to buy airtime in order to track your order that you placed at 11 and it is 17:24, food you meant to cook around 3pm. You call them they tell you they cannot cancel because they are waiting for a driver. PnP is playing games with us. This treatment is unprofessional and very disappointing.
