Poor Performance from Pick & Pay
It Seems that I was to hasty in complimenting Pick & Pay on their response to my last complaint. Stock Issues have raised their ugly head yet again !!! - Their latest Birthday promotion offers Chicken Braai Packs at R39.00 per kg - For some, especially pensioners, that's a really good price . So off I went to their store at the Middelburg Mall - fridges were empty - Asked the member of staff packing " No we did not get delivery of stock" - So i drove another 4 km to the store at Midwater, again - Empty Fridges. I then spoke to the Store Manager who had called me previously, and mentioned that he offered to replace the special with a similar product - No he can't help as it's fresh produce. So I went across the road to Food *****s Market - and altough it was R10.00 per kg more at R49.90 - they had plenty of stock - Guess where I will be doing more of my shopping. Sorry Pick & Pay - you just dont cut it!!!
