Poor payment system

Second complain in less than a week, Pick an Pay really needs to do someting about their debits and reversals. Customers cant wait 3 days for money to return to their bank accounts, why not put it in their refunds instead. I made an order was charged more on saturday today is tuesday and I still dont have my money back
