poor pathetic service

It's not the first time I've had an incident with the bakery staff at the killarney branch . My mistake last time was complaining to the floor manager because obviously nothing was done and I received no feedback. There are two ladies in the bakery specifically behind the counter with bread who are rude and have no idea how to speak to customers . Last time my cake order which was placed and paid for 2 weeks prior to collection was not given to the baker by them . This time I requested something and the baker agreed and said it would be done in 15 min and I could shop around in the meantime . On my return the fat lady for lack of a better description didn't explain that to me and just said my order could not be done. Her aswell as the other lady and in general the bakery staff have such a bad attitude and killarney pick n pay needs to discipline such staff members because the quality of service has really gone down
