POOR PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>On Saturday, date:24th of September 2016 my mother went to PICK 'N PAY the one located at Bara City and bought a 5 Kg pnp brand maize meal but when she got home we found that the maize meal was rotten it has something like strings inside of it and also worms so that raises our suspicions to check the expiry date but according to put findings the maize meal was not expired.My mum and myself were very disappointed as well as angry about the pnp product because my mom spent money to take a taxi to get to pnp,to buy the maize meal and a taxi to get back home so what we did was to call the number on the slip that we received from pnp bara city but the on that slip did not exist.We then had to buy airtime to contact the busy customer care and the call was ended at first and we tried again still waiting on that call que and listening to the IVR and finally I spoke to a lady named Kelly Ann Henley who lodged a complaint for me i asked her what to do since I want to cook and the maize meal is not in a good condition then she advised me to take it back,it was a very hot day and I advised her that we don't walk to pnp bara city we have to catch a cab and that's an inconvenience from our side,anyway I asked her about the Turn around time of my complaint and she said I will get a feedback Monday well guess what it's Tuesday and still nothing From PnP.The most irritating thing is the box existing number on their payslip,and according to me they are not willing to take accountability.My mum took back the maize meal but she still used her money for the taxi fare.PNP or PNP bara city use really really ***********.I REALLY CANNOT BELIEVE THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE BECAUSE TILL TODAY WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL OR FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS ISSUE OR JUST A NOTIFICATION TO SAY THEY ARE STILL WORKIN ON THIS CASE, I CANT BELIEVE HOW A LARGE COMPANY LIKE PICK N PAY CAN FAIL TO SATISFY THE NEEDS OF THEIR CLIENTS OR ATLEAST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF THE ROTTEN PRODUCT.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />PICK N PAY BARA CITY SOWETO!!!</p>
