Poor packaging with PnP home

I Purchased a washing machine online with Pnp home,

The packaging was really and you can see someone tried to temper with the box and foam.

I am disappointed as I need to move in to a new place and my staff in not in order. I am Stuck with a machine that I can't even unbox.

I have been calling since morning and sending emails however the company does not see the sense of emergency regarding my delivery.

I am so disappointed with the service and would want my matter to attended asap.

I want my new Washing machine by tomorrow.
