Poor packaging of the PnP brand milk

As a business we have been purchasing large quantities of Pick n Pays full cream milk , recently we have been experiencing an issue with their packaging . The foil seal made for pull and tear opening , rips off the milk carton and to open the milk we have to use a knife which causes spills when pouring the milk. The customer service at PnP COULD NOT explain the defect and showed absolutely NO REMORSE ! They simple told me to bring back the milk for a full refund , how does one do this when the milk has been consumed ? We purchase the milk for our workers on site. There isn't a defect with the quality of milk , its the poor packaging. Still no explanation!
