Poor online service poor customer service

I have sent a number of complaints on being charged for a Groccery order with a number of goods not received on an order and was still charged for them. There has been no communication they have done nothing to rectify this. It is very poor service and will be the last time I use they services. I have an order number and a refernce number and still they have not done anything.
