Poor online service
Shopping online. My order was canceled for no reason. Sent an email to customer service after three weeks still no answer. Absolute poor service.

03 Jul 2020, 09:40Thanks you for the reply unfortunately that is a poor apology. I Submitted my order three weeks ago on the 9th of June and have been emailing your customer services about it since. You mentioned that the staff member was not at work last week, that did not affect my order since it was placed three weeks ago.
