Poor online service

I'm very dissapointed with the online service. I ordered shoes on Sunday and paid immediately. We're going away on Tuesday next week so I made sure I ordered in time for the 5 day delivery policy they have. After 2 working days of no movement on my parcel I emailed. Now the lady tells me it's busy season there can be delays. WHY IS THERE NO WARNING ON THE WEBSITE OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THIS? If my parcel is not delivered by Monday I want a refund not 7 days immediately. Because they're too happy to take your money but don't care to share important information like this. It's stuff I need for the holiday and I would much rather shop at another store.
