Poor online service

Poor online service delivery. I placed my order at 13.05 and still haven't received my order at 17.31. no communication at all as to what's happening! You guys are so quick to take the money but cannot be as quick to let me know that there was an item that wasn't in stock so I could change the item. If I'm being totally honest you guys have alot to learn from Checkers 60/60.
