poor notices

I was disappointed when I went to the kiosk to buy cigarette and pay for bread ,there was a small notice written on a A4 paper and pasted on the pillar that says you can't pay for groceries and I had to leave my bread behind and I could see a lot of other small groceries that other customers had left behind.if that is a new policy<br> that pick n pay uses at least put good signs.<br> <br>
