Poor mask control

The Pick and Pays shop in Kroonstad in Murray str was closed 3 times, due to Covard19 regulations.Before i enter the store, i must wear a mask, but inside the shop the people is walking anyway with their masks under their chins, my question is anyway, why is the security not taking control of the situation, this one of the reasons why i don't shop there anymore and the poor layout of the display's is changing every week, you don't now where to look anymore for any products.
