poor manager cannot even control the supervisor

I went to pick'n pay in observatory to buy filtered water with my empty but the cashier charged me for the sealed water and I showed her that I brought my empty.she called supervisor and she looked away and went to help others she never comes back she called the other one and she said she coming and she never came.surprisingly the first one came and locked off the cashier she took money and left when I reminded the cashier she told supervisor about me again but she did not care.manager was called Mr Michal Van der Rensberg but she was taking me in front of him even indicating that there is only two supervisors,that's is why she give customers this attitude .wow.30 minutes plus Waiting for a void,it what is that ?ended up signing a return form..<br>
